Non-Profit Donations

Mayway donates overstocked herbs and supplies to qualified non-profit organizations and community projects. Our aim is to serve the Chinese medicine community and individuals in need by providing and shipping donations free of charge. We are proud that local, national and international programs have been able to benefit greatly from our donations program.

Eligibility:
The general guidelines for qualification are a 170(b)(1)(A) tax ID status, serving patients in need with little or no ability to pay for herbs, having acupuncturists, herbalists and/or medical professionals who are volunteer and a budget which does not already include sufficient funds for herbs. Our Donations Committee evaluates requests for donations on a case-by-case basis.

How to Apply for Donations:
Requests must be submitted in writing and must include a general mission statement, description of the program, verification of 170(b)(1)(A) tax ID status and contact information. Once a request is received potential recipients will be informed by phone of its status. If approved, we provide a list of items available for donation. You are welcome to call to confirm that your request was received and check on its status as well.
