Ordering
The herbal products on this website are sold only to health care practitioners, health related businesses, and students of traditional Chinese medicine. Proof of licensure, certification or student identification is required.
•  For your convenience, our toll free order line is 1-800-2-MAYWAY (1-800-262-9929) Monday through Friday, 8am-5:30pm Pacific Standard Time and our toll free fax line is 1-800-909-2828.
•  Please use our product code numbers (MW CODE #) to speed the processing and ensure the accuracy of your order.
•  When ordering single herbs, please specify whole, powder or extract powder form. Please note: for single herbs, we ship Plum Flower® Brand Unsulfured Herbs unless they are unavailable or we are requested otherwise.
•  Please note that there is an additional $4.00 handling charge for all orders totaling less than $50.00 with the exception of Prescription Service orders.
•  Orders that are received before 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will generally be shipped out the same day.
•  Shipping is charged to the customer and is noted on each invoice.

Pricing & Availability
•  We always try to price our products reasonably and responsibly, but due to fluctuations in world market prices and a host of other factors out of our control, prices are occasionally subject to change without notice.
•  Occasionally some products may be unavailable. Our staff will make substitute recommendations or gladly place the item on backorder if requested.
•  Please note - we do not automatically place items on backorder.
•  All Plum Flower® brand products placed on backorder will be shipped without a handling fee and will be shipped free of freight charges.
•  Non-Plum Flower® brand items placed on backorder will be shipped without a handling fee. Shipping will be charged accordingly.

Payment Terms and Credit
Credit Cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Money orders, cashier's checks, company checks, & personal checks are accepted only if terms have been previously set-up with Mayway. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with us. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number for your credit card - the address and phone number bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
 
Net Terms. Net terms are available with approved credit. If you and Mayway have signed a written Credit Agreement then the terms of the Credit Agreement shall govern payment terms and credit. If Mayway extends credit terms to you, you must pay within the allotted time with a check or cash but not by credit card, and if you elect to use a credit card, you agree to a credit card transaction fee equal to five percent (5%) of the transaction. In the event Mayway initiates a legal action alleging the nonpayment of the purchase price of the products, then the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs. For all other claims and disputes between you and Mayway, if any, each party shall be responsible for its own legal fees and costs. You shall pay a $25.00 service fee to Mayway for each check not honored by your bank. Please note that a 1.5% finance charge may be added to delinquent accounts.
 
C.O.D. Please note that UPS charges a $9.00 fee, which is added to the shipping subtotal. We must have a credit card on file as a guarantee.
 
If you are not paying by credit card, and in the event that Mayway does not require payment in advance or C.O.D. and you and Mayway have not signed Mayway's written Credit Agreement for Net Terms, then payment is due forthwith upon receipt of the products and is deemed late if not paid within ten calendar days of receipt of the products. Payments that are late are subject to a late payment fee of five percent (5%) and a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year).
 
Shipping
Please read the following carefully to get accurate information on when and how your order will be shipped and an idea of when your order will arrive.
 
Orders that are received before 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will generally be shipped out the same day. We make every effort to ship orders received after 12:30 pm PST that same day or the next business day. From time to time an item you have selected may be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case Mayway will notify you via e-mail or telephone.
 
If you have just placed an order and would like to make changes, please call us at 1-800-262-9929 (Monday through Friday, 8am-5:30pm Pacific Standard Time). To speed up your request, please have your customer number available.
 
Domestic Shipping Options
Mayway ships domestically via UPS Monday through Friday (certain holidays excepted). UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The default shipping method is UPS ground service, but you may select one of the faster shipping options detailed below when placing your order. UPS ground and 3-day services are not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. The default shipping method for orders to Hawaii and Alaska is UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may also be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that shipments via USPS are only sent out three times a week.
 
UPS Transit Times & Fees
Please keep in mind that UPS does not count weekends, holidays, or the day of shipment in their delivery times. Shipping times are solely based on business days, Monday through Friday. For example, an order shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air on Friday will not be delivered on Sunday, but rather Tuesday. UPS Ground
UPS Ground is the default shipping method in the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. Although transit time and rates vary depending on your location in the 48 contiguous states, this option is the most cost effective. Most packages arrive within 4 or 5 business days, but UPS estimates 7-10 business days for delivery. Increased transit times may be experienced during the holiday season. UPS does not guarantee the number of delivery days for ground service.
 
UPS Next Day Air
(Next Business Day)
UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 of the United States and Puerto Rico. Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination. Saturday delivery to arrive by noon or 1:30 p.m. is available for an extra fee, and must be specified by checking the Saturday delivery box next to the Next Day Air shipping option. If the Saturday delivery option is available to you it will automatically appear on the Shipping Options page during check out.
 
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air is the default shipping method to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. It provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. For orders to Hawaii, please see the UPS 2nd Day Air upgrade below. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service. UPS 2nd Day Air service provides substantial savings compared to the rates for overnight air service.
 
Hawaii UPS 2nd Day Air Upgrade
This option is only available for customers in Hawaii. If this option is available to you it will appear on the Shipping Options page during check out. With this upgrade, we charge a discounted 2nd day air rate. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
•  The order is being shipped to Hawaii.
•  The cost of the order is greater than $150.
•  The order contains 10 or less combined units of raw herbs and raw herb powders.
•  The order does not contain any items that weigh over 2 lbs.

UPS 3-Day Select
The ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery, UPS 3 Day Select guarantees delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states.
 
East Coast UPS 3-Day Upgrade
If this option is available to you it will automatically appear on the Shipping Options page during check out. With this upgrade, we charge what we would normally charge for UPS Ground service, plus $1. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
•  The order is being shipped to certain regions of the U.S. (UPS zones 7 or 8.)
•  The cost of the order is greater than $150.
•  The order contains 10 or less combined units of raw herbs and raw herb powders.
•  The order does not contain any items that weigh over 2 lbs.

USPS Priority Mail (to Hawaii, Alaska only)
This cost-effective shipping method offers delivery in approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Please note that we only ship out via USPS three times a week. All packages are insured and may be tracked via delivery confirmation. There is no extra fee for this service unless the order is under our $50 minimum, in which case a $5 courier fee will be charged.
 
International Shipping Options
Mayway ships internationally via UPS or USPS. Please check your country's rules and regulations regarding the importation of Chinese herbs to ensure that Customs Service and other regulatory agencies will not detain your package. Mayway does not take responsibility for packages that are delayed or refused by Customs or other regulatory agencies. Please note that due to rates varying for different destinations, we cannot provide a shipping cost or delivery estimate online for international orders. For assistance with your international shipment, please email sales@mayway.com or call 1-800-262-9929 (Monday through Friday, 8am-5:30pm Pacific Standard Time) within the U.S., or 510-208-3113 internationally.
 
UPS International Standard (Canada)
UPS International Standard is the default shipping method to Canada and offers fully tracked delivery. All packages are automatically insured up to $100, with additional insurance available for an extra fee.
 
UPS International Express
UPS International Express is the default shipping method for all international destinations except Canada, and offers fully tracked delivery. All packages are automatically insured up to $100, with additional insurance available for an extra fee.
 
USPS Postal International Express
USPS Postal International Express is a more economical though slower shipping method for international shipments and offers fully tracked delivery. There is no extra fee for this service unless the order is under $50, in which case a $5 courier fee will be charged. All packages are automatically insured up to $100, with additional insurance available for an extra fee.
 
Customs
Please check with the Customs Service and other regulatory agencies of your country regarding the importation of Chinese herbs to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Some countries require special permits or other documentation for importation. Mayway does not take responsibility for packages that are delayed, detained, or refused by Customs or other regulatory agencies. Limited Warranty and Limited Liability
Customer agrees to inspect all products and packaging immediately upon receipt. Mayway agrees that it will replace all defective products, when the defects are reported within fifteen calendar days of Customer's receipt of the product. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Mayway's liability under the foregoing warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods, or at the election of Mayway, the replacement of the goods, in no event shall Mayway be responsible for incidental, consequential or special damages.
 
Return of Non-Defective Goods
Except for goods returned pursuant to the Limited Warranty of these Terms and Conditions, no returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date or without Mayway's prior authorization, and such returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
 
No Health or Other Representations
All statements made describing Mayway's products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Mayway's products are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Notwithstanding the fact that Mayway may include product cautions and contraindications on this web site, this information is not intended to be complete or comprehensive and it may not cover every health-related matter and every possible health-related issue. The information on this website is not intended to substitute for the advice of a health-care professional. Under no circumstances may a seller of our products represent to the public that Mayway's products are meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
