We make every effort to ship orders received after 12:30 pm PST that same day or the next business day. We ship via UPS Ground to the continental US Monday through Friday (certain holidays excepted). TRANSIT TIMESCOVID-19 TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF SERVICE GUARANTEE Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination and for all U.S. origin shipments.When your order has been shipped, a UPS tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address on file for your account and you can click the link in your email to track your order. Please keep in mind that UPS does not count weekends, holidays, or the day of shipment in their delivery times. Shipping times are solely based on business days, Monday through Friday. For example, an order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air on Friday will not be delivered on Sunday, but rather Tuesday. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico DeliveriesWe work hard to provide you the best USPS Priority Mail rates (using flat rate boxes when best). This cost-effective shipping method offers delivery in approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Please note that we only ship out via USPS three times a week. All packages are insured and may be tracked via delivery confirmation. UPS 2nd day air or UPS Next day air is available (for major cities only). Please contact our sales department with any questions regarding specialty deliveries.
For faster delivery, we also offer a reduced UPS 2nd day air rate to customers in Hawaii with orders of $150 or more. For smaller Hawaiian islands, packages are received in three days. UPS Ground and 3rd day services are not available unless noted in checkout. Express mail service is also available.
International DeliveriesMayway ships internationally via USPS Express mail and does not take responsibility for packages that are delayed or refused by Customs or other regulatory agencies. Please note that due to rates varying for different destinations, we cannot provide a shipping cost or delivery estimate online for international orders.
