痤疮的中医鉴别诊断
诊断痤疮时，要充分考虑其症状和特点。如果痤疮主要表现为红、肿、热、痛，则为真热；如果红、肿、热、痛较不明显，则多为虚热；如果奇痒无比，则多为风邪所致；如果痘痘流出黄色脓液，则多为湿热所致；如果痘痘破了有鲜血，则为血热内盛，血失常所致；如果痘痘凝固变硬，特别是长期不消，就要考虑气滞血瘀的情况。但是，我们需要考虑患者的整体表现，而不仅仅是这些症状。
