阳虚不仅仅是持续感觉寒冷。命门火低下时,胃中的食物无法“烹煮”,导致吸收不良。最终,消化“火”不足会导致慢性腹泻,尤其是在老年人中。许多老年人每天黎明前都会腹泻,因此中医术语“五更腹泻”在美国通常被称为“鸡鸣腹泻”。在中国古代,夜间被分为四个时段,巡街的更夫会在每个时段(或更)的开始和结束时敲锣。最后一更的第五锣,也就是最后一锣,是在黎明前敲响的。根据中医理论,五更腹泻是由于脾肾阳虚所致。

芡实和莲子都是收敛性的药材,具有“稳固和粘合”的作用。这两种药材经常一起使用,因为它们具有相似的功效——补肾健脾,涩肠。芡实和莲子也经常用于强健本源问题(腹泻和其他漏出,如遗精、白带和尿失禁),同时也能滋补和强化潜在的本源缺陷。莲子对心安神也有很强的滋补作用,可以治疗烦躁和失眠。糯米和鸡肉可以补中气,健脾和胃。骨头汤是一种营养丰富且略带收敛性的食物,对腹泻患者或其他营养吸收不良的人很有用。

芡实莲子粥是一种制作简单、易于消化的食疗食品。

原料:

  • 芡实/芡实薏米 20克
  • 20克莲子(去掉绿色胚芽)
  • 50克糯米
  • 1 只鸡,洗净,切块
  • 水或骨汤
  • 适量盐

准备:

  1. 冲洗芡实,然后在水中浸泡5-6小时或过夜。
  2. 将莲子和糯米洗净。
  3. 将所有材料放入大型双层蒸锅或陶罐中,加入足够的水或骨汤,盖住材料。
  4. 用双层锅煮 2-3 小时,或者用陶罐煮 4-6 小时。
  5. 每日吃一次。
