孕期汤

这是我们想与您分享的一道美味又历史悠久的家传秘方。它富含猪肉和乌鸡的营养成分,以及滋补草药,有助于促进女性在孕期保持​​最佳健康状态。

正如我们之前的一篇新闻通讯文章所述,乌鸡有助于消化,在中国用于滋阴补血,也用于补精的菜肴中。在西方,这些鸡因其蓬松柔软的羽毛而被俗称为“丝羽矮脚鸡”。它们通常可以在专门的肉店或中国市场找到。

此菜谱中使用猪肉与乌鸡相得益彰,因为猪肉性平,味甘咸,入脾、胃、肾经,有滋阴的功效。

此方的主要药材成分是阿胶,性味甘平,归肾、肝、肺经,具有补血滋阴的功效。阿胶除了补血之外,还能安胎安胎。红枣和龙眼肉均味甘温,补脾胃气,养血安神。为了平衡五味,并调和中焦,我们添加了升姜,它性味辛温,归肺、脾、胃经。这些药材的组合有助于促进消化系统气机的顺畅运行。

原料

  • 150 克 乌骨鸡
  • 100 克 瘦猪肉
  • 15 克 马科动物明胶(阿胶)
  • 红枣 5 粒
  • 5 克 龙眼肉
  • 3 片 鲜姜
  • 适量盐

烹饪说明

  1. 洗净切块,放入沸水中焯2-3分钟,沥干备用
  2. 红枣泡水去核
  3. 将所有材料(盐除外)放入人参锅/陶瓷双层蒸锅中(或者,如果愿意,您可以使用陶瓷或涂层铸铁锅)
  4. 加入适量的水,盖过食材
  5. 将外锅中的水煮沸,然后降低火力
  6. 慢炖2小时
  7. 加入盐调味

Yvonne has also been active as the Vice President of the Chinese Herb Trade Association of America since 1998, a trade group founded in 1984 representing over 300 Chinese herb importers, distributors, and retailers primarily in California.

She chairs the Regulatory Compliance Committee for the Association, and in this role has lectured about Good Manufacturing Practices and best business practices, as well as organized and moderated meetings between regulatory agencies and the Association.
